Resentment is a negative feeling that comes from the past and heads toward the present-moment reality. It is derived from whatever you believe to be unfair, unjust or just having not gotten what you perceive that “should” have been yours. Anger comes as a reaction to resentment; it also has a corrosive effect — it is a “fight” against present-moment reality and a refusal to accept what is. The good news is that both can be addressed by being consciously present in this coaching session with me.
