The first step is to pick a time of day that works best for your family. Some people like to do this before school drop off, others prefer doing it on the weekend mornings. Choose a time that works best for you and your family and stick with it!
After you've found the ideal time to read your affirmation card, read it aloud to your child. While driving to school or throughout the day, bring up examples of things your child has done or can do related to the affirmation. The main focus of the day is that affirmation—allowing them to believe they are, have been and always will be!
